At Rehbar Store, we aim to provide you with authentic Arabic and Islamic books in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can request a return or exchange.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms given below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • You received a product with missing pages or printing/binding issues
  • You received a product completely different from what you ordered

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Books in good condition but not liked by the customer
  • Books with minor bends, transport handling marks, or slight cover scratches
  • Books damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Books purchased under clearance, discount, or special sale

2. Return/Exchange Window

You must inform us about any issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Proof Required

To process a return or exchange, please share:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item
  • Order number
  • Your name and contact details

4. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup from your address (if available).
  2. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  3. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
  4. Upon verification, we will either:
    • Send a replacement, OR
    • Issue a refund (as per the refund policy)

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged/defective product
  • Publisher printing issue

If the product is out of stock, we will offer:

  • A replacement of equal value
  • Or a refund

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you want to cancel an order before it is shipped:

  • Contact us immediately at support@rehbarstore.com or WhatsApp 7006207805
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, our return rules will apply once delivered.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Attar perfumes
  • Fragrances
  • Food items (honey, dry fruits, etc.)
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

8. Shipping Charges

  • If you received the wrong or damaged product, Rehbar Store will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If return is requested for any other reason (customer error), return shipping charges may apply.

9. Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds may take:

  • 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • UPI/Bank transfer for COD orders
