2. Incorrect Products:
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, along with instructions for returning the incorrect product.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Items:

Please note that a nominal exchange fee of 150 rupees will be applicable for size changes. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and dispatching the new item.

4. New Size Dispatch:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly dispatch the new size to you. Any price difference between sizes will be handled accordingly.
