Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If your location is unserviceable, we will inform you through WhatsApp or Email.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays may be processed the next working day.
  • COD orders may require additional verification.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier load, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free or minimal shipping charges (if applicable).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply depending on courier partner policies.

Any shipping charges will be visible during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking ID

6. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact number may result in:

  • Extra reshipping charges, or
  • Cancellation without refund (in COD cases)

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Shipping

  • COD availability depends on your pincode.
  • Orders may require WhatsApp/phone confirmation.
  • Refusal of COD order may result in blocking COD for future purchases.

8. Shipment Damage or Tampering

If the package appears tampered, open, or damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Take photos/videos

Once a damaged parcel is accepted, claims may not be approved.


9. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals, strikes, or operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

10. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability.


11. Change of Delivery Address

Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

12. Lost Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit:

  • We will raise a complaint with the courier partner
  • After confirmation from the courier, we will issue either a replacement or a refund
