How do I select items for purchase?
To select the items, go to our website, select a category and click on the product that you want to purchase. Select the size, color, and quantity of the product you are willing to buy. Enter your pin code to check the estimated delivery time in which the product will be delivered on your pin code. Finally, click on “Add to Cart.” After Clicking on the cart icon there occur two buttons namely, continue shopping and place an order. If you want to continue more shopping, then click on continue shopping button else, click on check out after checking your purchase details. Enter your name, contact number, shipping address and other required details carefully and make sure you check the final price before moving forward. Select one of the payment options, fill your payment details and your order is placed!
After placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation on your registered email ID. Check your spam folder in awe you didn’t receive the information mail.
How to receive my Order?
Your order would be delivered on your shipping address through our trustworthy courier partners at your doorstep. Some of our courier partners include Ecom, Bluedart, DHL Express, Xpress and FedEx Express.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from our side on your registered email. The confirmation mail will have all the detailed information related to your order.
How do I add items to the cart?
To add items on your cart, you just need to go to the product page and choose the item you want to buy and then click on the add to cart button. After clicking on the cart button, you will be brought to your “cart” page from where you can proceed further to make your purchase.
How to Cancel the Order?
To cancel your order, you can call or mail our customer care by giving your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, it can be canceled, and your amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Usually, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account. Once the item is dispatched, you can’t cancel it.
Are Exchanges Allowed?
Yes, exchanges are allowed in some item, but the item should come back within the same state as you receive. Exchanges, Return or Refund based on Choice or customers interest is not acceptable.
Note: If the item is found used, it will not be exchanged.

I placed my order through my debit /credit card/Net Banking payment method, but the order was not successful. What happens to the money which was deducted from the card?
First, check your bank/credit card account to ensure that if your account has been debited with the concerned amount. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the banks will generally roll it back within 7 business days. The time of refund varies from bank to bank. You need to contact your bank to get more details about the transaction.
