At Rehbar Store, we aim to provide you with authentic Arabic and Islamic books in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can request a return or exchange.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms given below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- You received a product with missing pages or printing/binding issues
- You received a product completely different from what you ordered
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Books in good condition but not liked by the customer
- Books with minor bends, transport handling marks, or slight cover scratches
- Books damaged due to customer mishandling
- Books purchased under clearance, discount, or special sale
2. Return/Exchange Window
You must inform us about any issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To process a return or exchange, please share:
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item
- Order number
- Your name and contact details

4. Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup from your address (if available).
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
- Upon verification, we will either:
- Send a replacement, OR
- Issue a refund (as per the refund policy)
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged/defective product
- Publisher printing issue
If the product is out of stock, we will offer:
- A replacement of equal value
- Or a refund
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you want to cancel an order before it is shipped:
- Contact us immediately at support@rehbarstore.com or WhatsApp 7006207805
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, our return rules will apply once delivered.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Attar perfumes
- Fragrances
- Food items (honey, dry fruits, etc.)
- Digital products
- Gift cards
8. Shipping Charges
- If you received the wrong or damaged product, Rehbar Store will bear the return shipping cost.
- If return is requested for any other reason (customer error), return shipping charges may apply.
9. Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds may take:
- 3–7 business days for prepaid orders
- UPI/Bank transfer for COD orders
