Exchanges:

We will require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the exchange process. Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Incorrect Products: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, along with instructions for returning the incorrect product.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Items:

3. Exchange Fee: Please note that a nominal exchange fee of 90 rupees will be applicable for size changes. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and dispatching the new item.
