Exchanges:

1. Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the exchange process. Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Incorrect Products: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, along with instructions for returning the incorrect product.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Items:

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when purchasing clothing online. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for size changes.

1. Size Exchange: If the size of your clothing item doesn't meet your expectations, you can request an exchange within 24hrs of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

2. Exchange Process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Exchange Fee: Please note that a nominal exchange fee of 90 rupees will be applicable for size changes. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and dispatching the new item.

Returns with Fee:

1. Return with Fee: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defectiveness or incorrect delivery, you may do so within 24hrs of receiving your order. A return fee of 150 rupees will be applicable in such cases.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund minus the return fee.
