Responsibilities:
As a Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be to sell our products to retailers. This includes:
- Identifying and contacting potential retailers.
- Presenting our products in a compelling manner to drive sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Sales Skills: Experience in sales or a strong passion for selling products.
- Drive to Succeed: Motivated individuals who are committed to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with retailers and represent our brand professionally.
- Male Only: We are currently seeking male candidates for this position.

If the sales agent sells 500 or more T-shirts in a month:
- They will receive a fixed monthly salary of 10,000 rupees.
- Additionally, they will earn a commission of 20 rupees for each T-shirt sold.
If the sales agent sells between 250 and 499 T-shirts in a month:
- They will receive a fixed monthly salary of 5,000 rupees.
- Additionally, they will earn a commission of 20 rupees for each T-shirt sold.
If the sales agent sells fewer than 250 T-shirts in a month:
- They will not receive a fixed monthly salary.
- Instead, they will earn a higher commission of 30 rupees for each T-shirt sold.
This structure incentivizes the sales agent to achieve higher sales volumes, rewarding them with both a fixed salary and a commission. If the monthly sales exceed 800 T-shirts, a customized plan can be implemented to provide additional incentives or rewards based on the sales agent's performance.
Note: Sales agents are required to meet a minimum sales threshold every month to qualify for the fixed monthly salary.
