The book. “Usool Al-Fiqh Inda As-Sahabah” aims to provide a brief overview of the methodology of the companions in the foundational issues of jurisprudence. I have endeavored in this book to gain a modest understanding of their approach by engaging in the study of their elevated sciences. I sought to draw closer to and worship Allah by immersing myself in their sublime knowledge, relishing the fragrance of their pure blessings. Perhaps, by doing so, I may have the honor of speaking about them, frequently mentioning them, being pleased with them, acquiring some of their knowledge, and stirring a small interest among researchers in what I have written. This is especially relevant since what has been narrated from them in matters of jurisprudence is scattered.
