The book “Sunan Nasai,” also known as “Sunan al-Sughra,” is one of the six major collections of hadith in Sunni Islam. It was compiled by the renowned Islamic scholar, Imam Ahmad ibn Shu’ayb Al-Nasai (also spelled as al-Nasa’i). The collection is regarded as a valuable source of hadith and holds a significant position in Islamic scholarship.
Imam al-Nasai was born in the year 830 CE and passed away in 915 CE. He was a scholar of hadith, history, and Islamic jurisprudence. His work in preserving and compiling hadiths from reliable sources contributed significantly to the preservation of the Prophetic traditions.
“Sunan Nasai” contains a vast collection of hadiths, organized systematically based on various themes and topics.
