A change of address can only be done BEFORE the order has shipped out. Once the order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to call shipping company and update the address.
Returns & Exchange
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on [email protected]. Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you and make the process as seamless as possible.
- While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the Rehbar Book Store box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate.
- The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 7-15 days.
- The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and bank transfer in case of cash payment.
- Please be informed exchange/refund based on customers choice can't be accepted. However, If by any chance the product is damaged, reflects some kind of faults or seems different from what it is shown on the website then along with our apologies we will exchange/refund you the order amount in shaa Allah but make sure you have recorded parcel opening video as a proof.
